Stefan grew up in a tight-knit environment and loves engaging with people to understand what makes them tick. From a young age, he had a keen interest in riding and fixing motocross bikes, as well as taking things apart to see how they work. Fascinated by puzzles and problem-solving, he went on to study electronic, communication, and computer engineering at university.

After 16 years building a business in the plastics industry, Stefan changed career to become a mortgage adviser. Within three years, he set up his own mortgage advice company in Aylesbury, built on a love of getting to know people and helping clients navigate their financial challenges. He sold this business in 2018 to form his current company, established to serve Thame and the surrounding villages for mortgage and insurance needs.

Having owned his own business since 1999, Stefan now specialises in supporting business owners, drawing on his first-hand experience and natural affinity with the challenges they face.

Stefan is married with three children and enjoys spending quality time with his family, travelling, attending concerts, and playing games together.

Having worked in Financial Services since 2007, Alison brings extensive experience across a wide range of client scenarios. She qualified as a mortgage adviser in 2011 and became fully qualified in Equity Release in 2024.

Known for her calm, solutions-focused approach, Alison enjoys finding a clear way forward even in the most complex situations.

Outside of work, she can usually be found on the side of a football pitch on Saturday mornings supporting her son, and she has a real passion for travel, making it a goal to explore at least one new destination every year.

Dani has worked in the financial services industry since 2018, beginning her career at an Independent Financial Advisers. She achieved her Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning with the Chartered Insurance Institute in 2022, followed by the CII Level 3 Certificate in Mortgage Advice in 2024.

A Thame local, Dani is passionate about supporting both first-time buyers and existing homeowners, guiding them confidently through every stage of their mortgage journey. Dani takes pride in personalising each client’s experience and also advises on life insurance, helping clients protect what matters most.

Alongside her mortgage and protection expertise, Dani brings extensive experience as an Estate Planner, specialising in Wills, Trusts and Powers of Attorney for our sister company, Cork & Co Wills, launched in March 2025.

Shereen has over 10 years’ experience working within the mortgage and financial services industry, supporting advisers and clients throughout the home-buying and remortgaging process. As a Mortgage Administrator, she plays a key role in ensuring applications run smoothly from initial enquiry through to completion.

With a strong attention to detail and a client-focused approach, Shereen is dedicated to providing clear, efficient support and helping make what can be a complex process as straightforward as possible. She takes pride in building strong relationships with clients and liaising closely with lenders, solicitors and other third parties to keep everything on track.

When she’s not keeping mortgages under control, Shereen can be found enjoying good food, good wine, and firmly believing that both are essential to a balanced life.

Rebecca is a Case Manager at Cork & Co, a position she has held since 2018. With over 20 years’ experience in financial services, she brings extensive knowledge and a strong understanding of the mortgage and protection process. Prior to joining Cork & Co, she worked closely with IFAs in similar roles and previously as a Mortgage Adviser after achieving her CeMap qualification.

In her current role, she supports advisers and clients from start to finish of mortgage and insurance applications, ensuring each case is carefully managed and kept on track. She is highly detail-oriented, organised, and proactive, helping to make what can be a complex process as smooth and straightforward as possible.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and taking long walks with the family dog, ideally finishing with a relaxed pub lunch — with Sunday lunch being a particular favourite.
